Assisted Living Program

The Assisted Living program at Coldstream Meadows offers: 24/7 emergency response, a Nurse and Care Aides to assist with resident’ medications and activities of daily living as well as an advanced Recreation program.

The Assisted Living program is registered through the Ministry of Health with a focus on elders living independently where professional caregivers are available to support resident’ health and well being.
The Coldstream Meadows program will offer the following Assisted Living Services:

• Assistance with the activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc. per resident’s specific needs)
• Medication administration or assistance
• Respite care
• Socialization and companion time
• Other services allowed for by the Assisted Living program
• Emergency pendant and 24/7 response to resident’s needs
